Refund & Cancellation Policy - G & G Tours

At G & G Tours, we take pride in providing reliable, personalized, and memorable travel experiences across Ontario. Please review our refund and cancellation terms before confirming your booking.

  1. All Sales Are Final

All bookings made with G & G Tours are final sale and non-refundable once payment is received. This policy applies to all services, including day trips, private tours, and airport transportation.

  1. Booking Transfers
  • While payments are non-refundable, bookings are transferable to another date or person, subject to availability.

  • To request a date or name change, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled service.

  • We will make every effort to accommodate your new date or guest, depending on tour space and schedule.

  1. Cancellations by G & G Tours

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

  • A rescheduled tour date, or

  • A full credit toward a future tour of equal value.

We do not provide monetary refunds unless the tour cancellation is initiated by G & G Tours.

  1. No Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive at the designated meeting point at the confirmed time will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
