Welcome to G & G Tours. By booking any of our services, including day trips, private tours, and airport transportation, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon full payment.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with tour details, meeting point, and contact information.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
However, bookings are transferable to another date or person, subject to availability.
To request a date transfer, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
3. Changes & Cancellations by G & G Tours
We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
If we cancel a tour, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full credit for future use.
4. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must arrive on time at the designated meeting point. Late arrivals may result in forfeiting the tour without refund.
It is your responsibility to review tour details, including clothing recommendations and safety requirements.
G & G Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior may compromise safety or enjoyment for others.
5. Liability Waiver
By participating in a tour, you acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks.
G & G Tours, its employees, and affiliates are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during tours or transportation.
Participants are encouraged to have personal travel or medical insurance.
6. Transportation Services
Airport transportation and private transfers are subject to traffic and weather conditions.
G & G Tours is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Please allow sufficient time for your travel plans.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We value your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used only for communication and service delivery.
We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.
